Takedown Procedure

Once we receive a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also contact the user who posted the material to inform them of the takedown request.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under the DMCA. The counter-notification should include:

  1. Identification of the material: The location of the material that was removed or disabled.
  2. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  3. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within the district where your address is located or, if outside the United States, the judicial district in which PGSharps is located.
  5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will notify the party who filed the DMCA Takedown Notice and may restore the removed material if no further action is taken.

Repeat Infringer Policy

PGSharps has adopted a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to material if we receive multiple valid DMCA notices regarding the same user.
